Responsible for recruiting and developing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, executing promotions and signage on schedule, monitoring competitive pricing, and maintaining safety and security per company policies. Requires leadership, strong communication, and team-building skills, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and travel up to 10% as needed. Must have C-store/retail management experience and a valid driver’s license.
