C-Store Manager

Oversees day-to-day store operations including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager; manages labor hours to align with customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets, ensures proper ordering and stocking, monitors cash handling and inventory shrinkage, analyzes sales and KPIs, implements promotions and signage on schedule, upholds safety and company policies, and leads a team to deliver excellent customer service.
