C-Store Manager

Oversee day-to-day store operations at a Refuel Locust location, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager(s). Manage store profitability, labor, inventory levels, cash controls, and shortages; recruit, coach, and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service. Schedule labor to align with customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets; enforce operating procedures to maintain a clean, stocked, and well-kept store; ensure timely product orders and adherence to in-stock levels. Monitor cash variance, shrinkage, and daily sales KPIs; analyze reports to identify trends and drive improvements; implement monthly promotions and ensure advertising and signage are posted appropriately. Enforce safety and security procedures and adhere to company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Must have the physical ability to perform duties of a store C-Store team member and possess good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
