C-Store Manager

C-Store Manager responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant managers. Key duties include overseeing labor hours to align with customer traffic, managing inventory and cash handling, implementing promotions and in-store procedures, monitoring pricing and competition, ensuring safe operations, and coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service. Candidates should have C-store and/or retail management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
