C-Store Manager

C-Store Manager responsible for day-to-day store operations including scheduling, training and supervising team members and the assistant manager; oversee store profitability and controllable expenses (labor, inventory, cash), ensure accurate product orders, monitor pricing and promotions, and uphold store standards. Lead hiring, coaching, and development of staff to deliver excellent customer service; align labor hours with customer traffic, enforce operating procedures, monitor cash and inventory accuracy, analyze sales data and KPIs, and implement monthly promotions while ensuring safety and compliance with policies. Requires leadership and communication skills, ability to manage c-store operations, understand retail basics, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and willingness to travel up to 10%. The role is full-time with flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
