Job Summary

C-Store Manager is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager(s). Duties include managing store profitability (food service and car wash), labor, inventory, cash handling, and shortages; recruiting, coaching, and developing staff; aligning labor hours with customer traffic patterns and Store Labor Model targets; enforcing daily operating procedures to maintain cleanliness, stocking, and organization; ensuring timely product orders and adequate in-stock levels; monitoring price surveys and daily paperwork; tracking cash over/short, shrinkage, and drive-offs; analyzing sales reports and KPIs to identify trends; implementing monthly promotions and ensuring advertising/signage is posted; enforcing safety and security issues; and adhering to company policies and procedures. Ideal candidates have C-Store/retail management experience, good leadership and communications skills, and a valid driver’s license. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and travel up to 10%. Position is full-time with flexible evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
