C-Store Manager

Oversee day-to-day store operations at the assigned Refuel location, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and the assistant manager; drive profitability through managing labor, inventory, cash and shrink, and ensuring clean, well-stocked and customer-ready store conditions. Lead recruitment and development, monitor KPIs and performance, execute monthly promotions and signage, enforce safety and security, uphold policies and procedures, and maintain strong customer service and team leadership. Requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays; knowledge of c-store operations, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid driver’s license.
