C-Store Manager

C-Store Manager responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant manager(s). Manage store profits and all controllable expenses (labor, inventory, cash and shrink), recruit/train/develop staff, schedule labor to align with customer traffic and Store Labor Model targets, ensure operations procedures are followed, place orders to maintain in-stock levels, monitor gasoline price surveys, analyze sales reports and KPIs, implement and time promotions, enforce safety and security, and adhere to company policies. Requires ability to lift 50 pounds, travel up to 10%, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Preferred experience in C-store/retail management and a valid driver’s license.
