Job Summary
Oversees day-to-day store operations including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant managers; manages labor, inventory, cash handling, and store profits (food service and car wash); analyzes sales reports and KPIs; implements monthly promotions and signage; enforces safety and security; adheres to Employee Handbook policies; requires leadership and customer-service skills; travel up to 10%; reports to District Manager; located at assigned Refuel store in Chesterfield, SC; full-time exempt role.
Required Qualifications
- C-Store and/or retail manager experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
