C-Store Manager

The C-Store Manager is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant manager(s). Responsibilities include managing labor hours to align with customer traffic, controlling expenses and inventory, maintaining in-stock levels, ensuring accurate product ordering, monitoring cash handling and shrinkage, analyzing sales reports and KPIs, executing monthly promotions and signage, enforcing safety and policies, and coaching staff to deliver excellent customer service. Ideal candidates have C-store or retail management experience, leadership and strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, at the assigned Beaufort, SC location.
