C-Store Manager

Greet and thank every customer, providing outstanding service in a clean, friendly atmosphere. Schedule and supervise all store associates while maintaining a well-trained staff. Follow merchandising plans based on product movement, demand, and profitability to maximize sales. Order supplies and products to control inventory, minimize out-of-stocks and shrink from pricing errors, theft, or spoilage. Price and date products to ensure accuracy and rotation. Complete weekly purchase reports recording sales, purchases, credits, and gross profit. Establish cleaning programs for display cases, backrooms, and coolers. Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, security, governmental weights and measures, and health department regulations. Maintain dress code and wear name tags. Lift 60 lb. boxes and exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently while standing, moving, and handling materials.
