C-Store Manager

Direct all convenience store associates and supervise daily operations to provide high-quality automotive products in a clean, friendly environment. Greet every customer, maintain a well-trained staff, and execute merchandising plans based on product movement, customer demand, and profitability. Control inventory by ordering supplies to minimize out-of-stocks and shrink from pricing errors, theft, or spoilage while maximizing sales. Price and date products for accuracy and rotation, establish cleaning programs for display cases and backroom areas, and complete weekly purchase reports. Ensure compliance with all company safety, sanitation, security policies, governmental weights and measures laws, and health department regulations. This mid-level management role requires the ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and perform physical tasks on floors that may become slippery.
