Job Summary
Direct all convenience store associates and supervise daily operations to provide high-quality automotive products in a clean, friendly environment. Greet and thank every customer, maintain a well-trained staff, and schedule shifts while following merchandising plans based on product movement and profitability. Order supplies and products to control inventory, minimize out-of-stocks and shrink, and ensure price accuracy and rotation. Establish cleaning programs for display cases and backroom areas, complete weekly purchase reports, and attain sales and gross profit projections. Ensure compliance with all company safety, sanitation, security, governmental weights and measures laws, and health department regulations. Lift 60 lb. boxes and exert force frequently while standing and moving about various workstations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good corrected vision
- Must have good hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
