Job Summary
Direct all convenience store associates while scheduling shifts and supervising daily operations. Greet every customer to ensure a clean, friendly atmosphere and provide outstanding service. Manage inventory by ordering supplies based on sales, controlling stock levels, minimizing shrinkage from pricing errors or theft, and rotating products through accurate pricing and dating. Execute a comprehensive cleaning program for display cases, backrooms, and coolers. Complete weekly purchase reports tracking sales, purchases, credits, and gross profit to meet labor and profitability projections. Ensure strict compliance with company safety, sanitation, security, and governmental health regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 60 lb. boxes on occasion
- Must be able to exert 25-60 lbs. of force frequently
- Must be able to exert 10-20 lbs. of force constantly
- Must have dexterous use of both hands
- Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items
- Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments
- Must have good corrected vision
- Must have good hearing
- Must have the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery
