C-Store Manager

Oversee daily operations of the convenience store by greeting every customer, maintaining a clean and friendly atmosphere, and supervising all store associates. Direct staff scheduling, enforce safety and sanitation policies, and manage inventory by ordering supplies, pricing products, and controlling shrink from theft or spoilage. Execute merchandising plans based on product movement and profitability while completing weekly purchase reports to track sales and gross profit. Ensure full compliance with governmental regulations and company dress codes. Requires ability to lift 60 lb. boxes and work on slippery floors.
