C-Store Manager

Direct all convenience store associates and supervise daily operations to provide high-quality automotive products in a clean, friendly environment. Greet every customer, maintain a well-trained staff, and oversee merchandising plans based on product movement and profitability. Control inventory by ordering supplies correctly, minimizing out-of-stocks and shrink from pricing errors, theft, or spoilage, while ensuring accurate pricing and rotation. Establish cleaning programs for display cases, backrooms, and coolers, and complete weekly purchase reports tracking sales, purchases, credits, and gross profit. Ensure compliance with all company safety, sanitation, security policies, governmental weights and measures laws, and health department regulations.
