C-Store Manager

Direct all store associates to deliver high-quality automotive products in a clean, friendly environment. Greet every customer, maintain a well-trained staff, and schedule daily operations. Execute merchandising plans based on product movement and profitability, while ordering supplies to control expenses and minimize shrink from pricing errors, theft, or spoilage. Price and date products to ensure accuracy and rotation, complete weekly purchase reports, and establish cleaning programs for all areas. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, security policies, governmental weights and measures laws, and health department regulations. Adhere to company policies including dress code and name tag requirements. This medium-physical role requires lifting 60 lb. boxes, standing for extended periods, and using sharp instruments.
