C-Store Manager MIT

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant managers. Manage store profits and controllable expenses such as labor, inventory levels, and cash shortages while ensuring clean, stocked, and organized environments through daily procedures. Recruit, coach, and develop individuals to deliver excellent customer service, monitor sales reports and KPIs to identify trends, and implement monthly promotions. Enforce safety and security protocols, track inventory shrinkage, and analyze competitor pricing to maintain in-stock levels and meet demand. This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with weekly hours varying based on business needs. Candidates must have C-Store or retail management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds while traveling up to 10%.
