C-Store Manager MIT

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members and assistant managers. Manage store profits and controllable expenses such as labor, inventory levels, and cash shortages. Recruit, train, and develop team members while ensuring excellent customer service and enforcing daily operating procedures through the Customer Ready Book. Schedule labor hours to align with traffic patterns and SLM targets, monitor cash over/shorts and inventory shrinkage daily, and analyze sales reports to identify trends. Implement monthly promotions, place accurate product orders, and enforce safety and security protocols. This role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with weekly hours varying based on business needs.
