Job Summary
Conduct fast and courteous customer service while ensuring safety rule compliance and housekeeping. Manage inventory, cash control, and merchandise pricing, then replenish supplies and stock shelves. Operate the cash register and computer systems with attention to detail, maintaining gold star customer service standards. This role requires basic math skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work with little supervision. Pre-employment background checks and drug screening are conducted. One year of retail sales and cash handling experience is preferred. Join the Junction Company, a family-owned petroleum business serving Mississippi since 1960.
Required Qualifications
- Good customer service skills
- Must be able to SMILE
- Basic math skills: The cashier must have a fair knowledge of basic calculations
