Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure store cleanliness, organization, and positive shopping experiences. Manage accurate POS transactions, stock and clean the store, and maintain gas pump cleanliness and outside appearance. Support team members and promote a positive environment while multitasking in fast-paced settings. Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays on a rotational basis. Valid Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required prior to start date. Compensation is $16.50/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once
- Dedication to Integrity, Teamwork and Customer Service
- The ability to maintain composure during time of uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotational basis
- Work Cards required for jurisdiction must be provided prior to the start date
- Valid Health Card
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- Written communication skills in in English
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Standing for long periods of time
- The ability to list up to 45 lbs
- The ability to stand, stoop, lift, wipe, reach and type without assistance from others
Desired Qualifications
- Previous POS experience is a plus
