Job Summary
Assistant Manager Trainee responsible for establishing and maintaining customer service and for the operation of the c-store including gas pumps. Ensures profitability through merchandise, inventory management, employee scheduling and training, and adherence to company policies. Manages money handling and POS operations, maintains stock levels and perishables, and supervises staff across shifts. Requires ability to travel to district locations, flexibility to cover shifts, and strong English communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation to work are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to obtain licenses/permits as required (Non-Gaming card, Gaming Registration with NVGC, Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card)
- Ability to read and interpret English documents
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Reasoning ability to apply instructions and solve problems
