Job Summary
Assistant Manager Trainee role focused on establishing excellent customer service and maintaining store operations across the c-store and gas-pump area. Responsibilities include controlling shrink and expenses, managing merchandise and perishables, training and scheduling employees, ensuring compliance with policies, handling money and POS operations, preparing daily reports and fuel surveys, covering shifts as needed, and traveling to other district locations to support staffing. Required skills include strong communication, inventory management, leadership, problem solving, and familiarity with regulatory licenses and safety/cash-handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be able to obtain licenses/permits as required by federal, state, and local regulations
- Must obtain Non-Gaming card
- Must obtain Gaming Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
- Valid Health Card
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Ability to read and interpret safety/operational documents
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to work flexible shifts and travel to district locations
