Job Summary
Establish and maintain customer service standards while managing the c-store operation, including gas pumps, merchandise inventory, and operating costs. Control shrink, schedule employees per guidelines, and ensure all staff comply with policies and maintain current certifications. Monitor merchandise stock levels, prepare daily activity reports and fuel surveys, and evaluate employee performance. Handle cash transactions per company procedures and cover open shifts or designated district locations as needed. Be available to work any shift required to meet store demands and respond to sick calls.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Must be able to communicate with customers
- work in a busy environment
- Stand for long periods of time
- ability to bend, stoop and lift up to 45lbs
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Computer proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have reliable transportation
- Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must be able to obtain a Non- Gaming card
- Must obtain Gaming Registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board
- Valid Health Card
- Valid Alcohol Awareness Card
- Ability to read and interpret documents in English
- Ability to read and communicate verbally in English
- Written communication skills in English
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
