Job Summary

Support the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Assist with hiring, training, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready store. Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with beverage laws, driving store performance, delivering courteous service, maintaining cleanliness and organization to achieve high inspection scores, accurate cash handling and deposits, and staff development. Schedule shifts (typically five days per week with some weekends and up to six days when needed), include at least two nights per week, and accommodate flexible availability; travel up to 10% may be required. Qualifications emphasize strong customer service, reliability, punctuality, teamwork, basic math, and willingness to learn. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
