Job Summary
Supports the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Assists with hiring, training, and developing team members while maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and customer-ready store. Manages cash handling and balances, ensures compliance with beverage laws, leads staff to achieve high inspection scores, and delivers prompt, courteous service. Requires strong customer service, leadership, reliability, multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. On-the-job training provided; may require travel up to 10%. At-will employment. EEO statements apply.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Travel up to 10%
