Job Summary
Support daily store operations and complete assigned tasks in line with company policies and area manager direction. Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while overseeing daily workflow and ensuring store coverage. Conduct performance evaluations, handle discipline, and deliver prompt, courteous service to every customer. Maintain cleanliness and organization to achieve inspection scores of 90% or higher, ensuring compliance with beverage laws and accurate cash handling. Works assigned shifts including at least two nights per week, with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, food service, or customer service experience
- Must be able to do basic math at the eighth-grade level
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to stand during the entire work shift
- Must be able to work in a cooler at a temperature of 35 degrees for up to 30 minutes
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must have visual acuity to check identification and process money orders
- Must be able to tolerate gas fumes and cleaning products
- Must be able to climb a ladder to clean windows
- Must be able to travel up to 10%
