C-Squad Boys Soccer Coach at Hastings High School. Responsibilities include coordinating instruction, training, and development of all athletes in the C-Squad; modeling a transformational, purpose-driven coaching philosophy; representing a holistic definition of success; developing people first and then athletes; collaborating with and supporting athletic personnel, Head Coach, Athletic Director, and Principal; advising and coordinating activities for the C-Squad and potentially providing secondary guidance to Varsity/JV teams; building positive relationships with the school and local community; and delivering effective coaching to advance student-athletes both on and off the field.
