  • Use AI coding assistants and agentic tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily workflow for code generation, refactoring, test creation, and debugging while remaining fully accountable for the quality of what ships
  • Build and share AI-assisted engineering practices on the team: effective workflows, reusable prompts/skills for recurring tasks, and review standards for AI-generated code
  • Prototype and evaluate AI-powered product capabilities e.g., LLM-assisted analysis of endpoint posture data, automated triage of detection gaps, or AI-accelerated support for new third-party applications
  • Research and apply new technologies to enhance existing features or develop new functionality
  • Participate in (and at senior level, lead) peer code reviews and design reviews, both giving and receiving constructive feedback

  • Experience integrating LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI, or similar) into tools or products; familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol), RAG, or agent frameworks
  • Development experience on Windows, macOS, and/or Linux with familiarity with that platform's native APIs and system layout (e.g., Win32/registry/WMI/COM and Windows services; macOS frameworks, bundles, launchd; Linux package managers, systemd, /proc)
  • Background in cybersecurity: endpoint protection, EDR/AV integration, CVE/vulnerability management, or device posture/compliance (SASE/ZTNA ecosystems)
  • Hands-on experience with DBMS (e.g., MongoDB, SQLite, PostgreSQL)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
