C++ Software Engineer (DV Commodities - London)

Job Summary

Lead the design, implementation, and deployment of DV Commodities' core C++ trading platform, including execution, order management, market data, pricing, and risk systems. Design and maintain direct exchange connectivity for venues such as CME and ICE, while driving microsecond-level performance work through lock-free data structures and kernel-bypass networking. Build high-performance components for both simulation and live trading environments, owning systems end-to-end from design through production support. Work directly with trading desks and quants to troubleshoot complex problems and solve feature requests. This senior role operates on a small team with broad ownership across the trading stack, where code goes directly to production.
