Job Summary
Build and refactor complex backend domain logic for leave/absence eligibility, entitlement, and calculation engines using Senior-level C#/.NET. Implement MongoDB/NoSQL data modeling and maintain strong automated-testing discipline across unit, integration, and regression suites. Own features end to end while working independently, leveraging AWS security tools like KMS and Secrets Manager for field-level encryption. Integrate observability via DataDog and structured logging, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Docker, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins. Apply Playwright/TypeScript frameworks for test automation and utilize Razor when full-stack range is needed.
Required Qualifications
- Senior-level C#/.NET

- Strong automated-testing discipline: unit, integration, and regression coverage
- MongoDB / NoSQL data modeling
- Comfortable owning a feature end to end and working independently
Desired Qualifications
- AWS (KMS, SSM, Secrets Manager) and data-security work, e.g. field-level encryption at rest
- Observability instrumentation (DataDog / StatsD, structured logging)
- CI/CD and containerization: Docker / docker-compose, GitHub Actions, Jenkins
- Test automation frameworks, Playwright / TypeScript
- Some full-stack range (TypeScript, Razor) to move across the stack when needed
- Insurance, HR/benefits, or leave-management domain experience
