Job Summary
C#/.Net and Microsoft Power Platform Developer needed to support NASA Langley CM OE contract. Responsibilities include designing, developing, documenting, testing, and debugging applications; independently improving techniques to solve complex problems; creating top-level design specs from user requirements; collaborating across multifunctional teams to gather business requirements; acting as a technical liaison with external organizations; delivering Power BI reports and dashboards, and building data pipelines; leveraging Power BI, SQL, DAX, PowerApps, and Power Automate to analyze data, uncover trends, and drive improvements; troubleshooting data and performance issues and improving BI processes. Requirements include U.S. Citizenship; a BS/MS/PhD in computer/system science with relevant experience; strong skills in C#.NET and Microsoft SQL Server; experience with TFS and SharePoint; ability to communicate effectively and obtain security clearance; and readiness to work in Office and test environments with occasional travel.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required
- BS/MS/PhD in a computer or system science discipline from an accredited college or university with progressive experience (3-5 years for BS, 2-4 years for MS, 2-3 years for PhD)
- Proficiency in C#.NET and Microsoft SQL Server DBMS
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
- SharePoint administration skills
- Familiarity with Power BI concepts and reporting
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Valid Real ID and driver's license
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Understanding of data mining, warehousing, and visualization from disparate data sources
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
