C.N.A. Telemetry 5 Tower – Full Time 12-hour Day shifts (7:00AM to 7:30PM), Union, Non-Exempt. Under supervision of licensed nurses, provides basic patient care to a group of assigned patients and supports unit teamwork. Performs patient care activities including taking vital signs, assisting with meals, catheter care, hygiene, positioning, specimen collection, and treatments per hospital policy. Demonstrates infection-control compliance, protects patient rights and privacy, and contributes to the organization-wide performance improvement program. Works with the licensed nurse to collect data and document to hospital standards. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, Certified Nurse Assistant certification, and Basic Life Support.
