Job Summary
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse; assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding); monitor and record vital signs; assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques; maintain a clean, safe environment; offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families; assist in documentation of care and report changes; support care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
- Active CNA certification in good standing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely
