C Lineman - Overhead

Job Summary
Construct and repair electrical overhead distribution systems, including installing and fixing poles, insulators, and conductors. Perform live-line work using approved gloving and hot-stick techniques while troubleshooting faults. Operate bucket trucks, digger derricks, and tensioners to maintain energized and de-energized lines. Climb wood, steel, and concrete structures at heights in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and storms. Work on outages, emergencies, and long-distance out-of-state assignments on short notice. Follow strict safety protocols and PPE guidelines while reporting to the Foreman.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of relevant field experience
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Willing to travel long distances on short notice
- Willing to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, holidays, emergency callouts, and overtime
