Job Summary
Lead Software Engineer responsible for hands-on technical leadership and mentoring, guiding end-to-end software development using modern .NET and C#. Shape system design, raise engineering standards, and modernize platforms into scalable, cloud-ready solutions. Collaborate with product partners, infrastructure teams, and other engineering leaders to deliver secure, high-quality applications aligned with long-term business goals. Hybrid work schedule with regular in-office collaboration at a corporate location in the St. Louis area. Requires 5+ years of professional software development experience, strong experience with enterprise-grade applications, cloud platforms and serverless/distributed data solutions, NoSQL and relational databases, CI/CD pipelines, API-driven development, distributed systems, observability, and excellent communication to guide technical decision-making. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
