Job Summary
Seasoned Commercial Relationship Manager to build and grow a middle-market portfolio with emphasis on deposits, treasury solutions, and disciplined credit delivery. Drive new business development focused on core operating deposits and full relationship capture. Structure and negotiate commercial loans and lines of credit aligned with a disciplined credit culture. Partner with treasury management to deliver cash management, payments, and liquidity solutions. Build and maintain COI networks (CPAs, attorneys, sponsors, etc.) and deepen relationships across lending, deposits, and fee income. Maintain strong credit quality through underwriting and portfolio management. Represent the organization in the community and within key industry verticals.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in commercial or C&I banking
- Demonstrated success building and growing deposit-rich client relationships
- Strong understanding of middle market credit structuring and underwriting
- Experience working with owner-operated and complex businesses across industries
- Ability to operate as a trusted advisor, not just a product-driven lender
- Proven business development track record with consistent production results
- Industry specialization (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing, construction, professional services) is highly valued
