Job Summary
Commercial Loan Officer role seeks a C&I Relationship Manager to develop new business, assess client financial needs, review title reports/surveys, structure and negotiate loan terms, ensure clients understand loan conditions, monitor delinquent accounts, deliver high-level client service, collaborate with internal teams to streamline lending, stay informed on market trends and regulatory changes, and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of commercial lending or related experience
- Demonstrated success in business development and loan origination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate financial statements
- Familiarity with the local market and economic environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
