Job Summary
Build prospect lists and run targeted email campaigns for commercial and industrial energy efficiency programs. Schedule energy assessments, coordinate site visits, and maintain trade ally relationships to keep projects moving. Collect project documentation, educate customers on program offerings, and track campaign performance and assessment status. Travel occasionally within the Indianapolis area to gather paperwork or meet with contractors. Requires proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and email platforms, plus strong organizational skills and follow-up capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience communicating directly with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Must be available for travel occasionally within the Indianapolis / Marion County territory (minimal, roughly a couple of days per month, typically around month-end)
