Job Summary
Answer inbound calls to process and confirm customer rolloff dumpster bookings, then accurately input and maintain customer and order data within the company system. Make outbound calls to generate new leads and build business partnerships through a mix of warm and cold outreach. Handle driver communication and manage the scheduling of roll-off services, ensuring all inquiries receive timely follow-up. This independent contractor role supports a family-owned dumpster rental company dedicated to simple, personalized service for local entrepreneurs and residential customers.
