Job Summary
Design and develop low-latency, high-throughput trading applications using modern C++ in a real-time environment. Collaborate with quantitative researchers and technologists to implement and refine strategies while building and tuning systems for optimal performance, reliability, and scalability. Own the full software development lifecycle from idea to production, optimizing infrastructure to address latency, throughput, and system bottlenecks. This role requires a degree in Computer Science or Engineering and strong command of multi-threading, memory management, and network programming. Required Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- Professional experience developing performance-critical applications in modern C++ (C++11/14/17/20)
- Strong command of multi-threading
- Strong command of memory management
- Strong command of IPC
- Strong command of STL
- Strong command of Boost
- Strong command of network/socket programming
- Deep understanding of performance tuning
- Deep understanding of profiling
- Deep understanding of optimisation methodologies
Desired Qualifications
