Job Summary
Source real estate data from the internet and build services that operate continuously, day and night. Compile the gathered data into a logical structure to facilitate property matching between listings, realtors, and brokerages. Requires at least three years of hands-on C# development experience, strong relational database knowledge, and the ability to work onsite in Franklin, TN without H1-B sponsorship. Candidates must be local, with no remote work permitted. The interview process includes a phone screen, a lunch with the hiring manager, and a final meeting with the owner.
Required Qualifications
- A least 3 years of C# development (hands-on coding) experience
- Good understanding of relational databases
- Ability to work in the United States without H1- B sponsorship
- Ability to work on site daily in our office in Franklin, TN
