Job Summary
Retail Design Consultant responsibilities include providing sincere, friendly service, maximizing sales using creative selling and teamwork, demonstrating product knowledge, building relationships with existing customers and prospecting new ones, supporting visual merchandise and signage, maintaining store standards, assisting with furniture moves, and being available for weekend shifts in the Vancouver showroom. The role requires strong English communication, ability to multitask with multiple customers, and physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs; on-site at the Terminal Showroom in Vancouver, BC.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- At least one year in a customer service role; retail experience preferred
- Self-efficient, organized, detail oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional language an asset)
- Ability to move/lift to 50lbs
- Must be able to work weekends
