Job Summary
Design and develop high-quality, scalable C/C++ software solutions for the server tier of the SAS architecture, enabling customers to access, analyze, and share data. Collaborate with stakeholders on project planning, track task progress, and ensure implementation satisfies functional requirements while adhering to R&D best practices. Contribute to the full code lifecycle including development, testing, and support, ensuring quality through functional, unit, and performance testing with thorough reviews of test plans. Author design and technical documentation for internal and external consumers while maintaining security policies and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related quantitative field
- 6+ years of experience as a developer on large software projects
- Experience developing software using C/C++ or Golang
- Experience with integration, regression, and unit testing
- Experience using Agile development practices
- Familiarity with various cloud environments and concepts
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline and associated tools like Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
- Experience with SAS programming.
- Experience with Linux.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container-based application development.
