Job Summary
C&B Senior Executive responsible for end-to-end compensation and benefits activities including payroll, tax, social insurance, and labor compliance; manage HR systems and government reporting; handle employee salary inquiries with strong customer service; oversee C&B programs, labor cost planning, accrual planning, and HR audits; ensure compliance with Labor Law, PIT, Insurance Law; support with Work Permit, Passport, Visa, Resident Card, and related documents; generating accuracy reports for government authorities; collaborate with internal audit and government authorities; requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience, with Vietnamese and English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in the same position and experience in Digital Marketing Company/ Agency is a plus.
- Minimum 03 years of working experience in social insurance with 150 - 200 Vietnamese headcount.
- Tasks & time management skills, proactive attitude, and details orientation are must.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS softwares and systems
- Excellent MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Words) and Google Tools (Sheet, Docs)
- Good communication and presentation skills.
