Job Summary
Support global benefits operations, including insurance plan renewals, communication, and implementation of special wellbeing projects. Conduct external market benchmarking surveys, analyze data to generate insights, and formulate pay framework or level change suggestions. Consolidate, analyze, and report compensation and benefits data to inform talent and cost management, while preparing baseline data for company-wide compensation review cycles and budget estimation. Manage process optimization through tool or template development to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Requires 3–5 years of C&B experience with proficiency in Excel, GSuite, and AI tools.
