Job Summary
Operate mobile C-Arm fluoroscopy equipment to provide real-time imaging guidance for surgical, pain management, and orthopedic procedures. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and proceduralists to optimize imaging, uphold sterile techniques and radiation safety, and perform routine QC checks. Prepare and maintain imaging equipment; document procedures in the EMR and ensure accurate patient imaging records. Requires ARRT RT(R) certification with 1 year C-Arm experience and an Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field; additional fluoroscopy or CV-interventional certification is a plus. This is a per-diem, on-site role in a multi-specialty practice in the Bronx, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Valid Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) certification with the ARRT
- Additional certification in Fluoroscopy or Cardiovascular-Interventional Technology is a plus
- C-Arm experience of 1 year (Required)
- Proficiency with operating and positioning mobile C-Arm equipment
- Familiarity with sterile techniques and radiation safety in the OR
- Experience documenting imaging procedures and maintaining EMR records
