Job Summary
Operate mobile C-Arm fluoroscopy equipment to provide real-time imaging guidance for surgical, pain management, and orthopedic procedures. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and proceduralists to position the C-Arm for optimal imaging. Adhere to sterile techniques and radiation safety protocols in the operating room or procedure suite. Prepare and maintain imaging equipment before and after procedures. Document imaging procedures and maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system. Perform routine quality control checks on the C-Arm equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field
- Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) with the ARRT
- Additional certification in Fluoroscopy or Cardiovascular-Interventional Technology is a significant plus
- C-Arm: 1 year (Required)
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Strong communication with surgical teams and patients
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in an OR environment
