Job Summary
Review patient information, allergies, and consents prior to procedures. Position patients for optimal imaging and demonstrate precise C-Arm alignment during interventional pain management. Prepare sterile environments, medications, and wound dressings post-procedure. Monitor patient stability, assist with transfers, and transport patients to recovery. Ensure accurate PACS documentation, maintain organized procedure rooms, and adhere to autoclave and biohazard protocols. Participate in time-out safety checks and monitor radiofrequency treatments as required. This full-time role supports physicians in Gainesville, FL, within a collaborative pain management clinic.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current and valid general radiographer license
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a practicing general radiographer
- This position requires on-site work
- Remote work is not available
Desired Qualifications
- ARRT certification
- 1-2 years of experience in a medical or hospital environment
- Familiarity with Intergy or other electronic health record systems
- A genuine commitment to patient care and safety
