C-17 Field Service Representative

Job Summary
Provide technical field support for the C-17 program, including troubleshooting procedures across multiple systems, resolving maintenance and operational issues, interpreting technical documents, monitoring product performance, and developing/ad-hoc training. The role requires flexibility to travel domestically and internationally to meet customer needs, readiness to work long hours (including evenings and weekends), strong leadership and teamwork in diverse groups, and proficiency with digital tools to host online meetings across time zones. Candidates must support deployment to various locations and meet U.S. export-control requirements; U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility. Prefer FAA A&P license and FCC license; must comply with Boeing’s Drug Free Workplace and COI processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting the C-17 program
- Experience reading and interpreting technical data
- Previous experience supporting the U.S. military customer
- Willing and able to deploy/travel domestically and internationally on short notice
- Willing and able to relocate to various locations domestically and internationally
